• Fresh water and mineral program

• Rotation and maintenance

• Shelter, bedding, and clean environment

• Daily checks on condition and welfare

• All handling, moving, and labor

⭐ Required for Program Enrollment

To fully participate in the Grow-Out Program, your cart must include:

✔ Initial Program Payment (Deposit)

✔ Monthly Grow-Out Care Plan (this subscription)

The monthly plan supports the ongoing cost of raising your pig.
Without an active plan, the animal cannot remain in our care.

⭐ Ownership

Once your Initial Program Payment is completed, you officially own your pig.
Your only responsibility is keeping this monthly care plan active while your pig remains on our property.

This ensures your animal receives the daily feed and management it requires.

⭐ Defaults, Abandonment & Reassignment

If a monthly payment fails, there is a 5-day grace period to resolve it.

After Day 6:

• The pig is considered abandoned, and

• New Magnolia Homestead may reassign, rehome, or retain the animal unless pickup or delivery arrangements are made.

Transportation to your residence is available at $4.50 per mile.
Full details are available in our Default & Abandonment Policy.
