Welcome to our Maintenance-Free Grow-Out Program — the easiest way to raise your own pasture-raised pork without ever lifting a feed bucket.Your pig lives here on our farm in Bedford County where we handle ALL care, feed, watering, minerals, pasture rotation, and health needs.To reserve your pig and enroll in the program, simply complete the two required steps below.

Step 1 — Pay the Ownership Deposit ($175)
This reserves your Kunekune pig and locks in your spot for the season.

Step 2 — Enroll in the Monthly Care Plan ($19.99/mo)
This covers daily feed, forage, minerals, pasture rotation, watering, and full maintenance until butcher.

Step 3 — We Raise Your Pig to Butcher Weight
When your pig is finished, we transport* it to the processor.
(Butcher fees are paid directly to the processor.)

How long does it take to raise a Kunekune?
Typically 14–16 months depending on genetics and finishing.
Can I visit my pig?
Yes! Visits can be scheduled so you can see your pig on pasture.
Can I upgrade to a larger pig or different breed?
Yes — contact us for Meishan or mixed herd availability.

Important Terms
Ownership:
Once your deposit is paid, you fully own your pig. Your only responsibility is maintaining the Monthly Grow-Out Care Plan, which covers all feeding, housing, handling, and daily management while the pig remains on our farm.
If a payment fails, you have a 5-day grace period to bring it current. After Day 6, the pig is considered abandoned, and New Magnolia Homestead may reassign, rehome, or retain the animal at our discretion unless pickup or delivery arrangements are made.

Subscription Must Stay Active:
If payments lapse, you have 5 days to restart before the animal slot is reassigned.
Butcher Fees:
Paid directly to the processor. Not included in the monthly subscription.
Refunds:
Deposits and subscription payments are non-refundable.
