Farm Pickles
Small-batch farm pickles, made in our kitchen at New Magnolia Homestead, our family farm in Thaxton, Virginia. We’re in Bedford County, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge near Roanoke and Lynchburg, and we make eight kinds of pickles.
Our 8 farm pickles
- Wicked Pickles: sweet heat pickle chips: crisp, sweet, and finished with a little kick
- Tavern Pickled Onions: savory pickled red onions, bright and tangy on burgers, tacos, salads, and sandwiches
- Maple Cowboy Candy: candied jalapeños: sweet, a little smoky, and plenty of heat
- Long Crisp Dill Spears: long, crisp garlic dill pickle spears
- Chef-Cut Dill Pickles: garlic dill pickles, chef-cut into chunky slices
- Grandma Caver’s “Secret” Sweet Pickles: sweet butter pickle chips from Grandma Caver’s “secret” recipe
- Magnolia Savory Garlic: pickled garlic with smoked paprika, savory and mellow
- Magnolia Pickled Garden: savory pickled vegetables, a colorful jar of garden goodness
